Na het daverende succes van Quickoffice, heeft Smart Office de stap gemaakt en is de concurrentie aangegaan. Met nieuwe features, kan je op geheel eigen wijze persoonlijke office documenten onder controle houden.

Het fraai vormgegeven hoofdscherm valt direct op. Met kleurrijke iconen worden de verschillende functies aangegeven. Middels het rechter menu kan je zoeken, een tijdlijn van de meest recente documenten bekijken en een nieuw document openen. Het linker 'swipe'-menu betreft verschillende functies zoals zoeken via de Cloud, het bekijken van een Pics slideshow en het beoordelen van de app. De meest interessante functie is de geïntegreerde printer. Binnen no-time ligt jouw papierwerk in een draadloze printer.

Smart Office ondersteunt zowel Google Docs als Dropbox. Daarnaast kunnen bestanden ook binnen Smart Office zijn opgeslagen. Helaas zit er verder geen zoekmachine, dus je moet de files even doorlopen.

Eenmaal het juiste document gevonden, dan kan je aan de slag met bewerken. Wellicht is het handig, als je Smart Office voor de eerste keer gebruikt, de introductie te lezen. Hierin worden de verschillende handelingen betreffende het aanpassen en verwerken van een document beschreven. Vervolgens kan je aan de slag. Uiteindelijk kunnen bestanden simpelweg opgeslagen worden in de beschikbare accounts en direct worden gedeeld via e-mail.

Smart Office biedt legio mogelijkheden voor het bekijken, aanmaken, bewerken en delen van jouw office documenten. De app is prachtig vormgegeven met coverflow-weergaven en duidelijke iconen. Daarnaast is een printerfunctie geïntegreerd, zijn documenten eenvoudig aan te passen en worden talloze bestandsformaten ondersteund. Aldus, een geschikte oplossing voor office documenten on-the-go, naast bestaande apps als Quickoffice en Office2.
